PARENT LIAISON

Hello Parents!

As many of you know, Denver KLIFE values every small group and aims to ensure that all students are cared for and supported. We also appreciate our parents and their involvement in helping our ministry thrive. Without our KLIFE parents, the ministry would not be where it is today.

With small groups starting soon, we are looking for Parent Liaisons for each group. What is a Parent Liaison? Great question! Here’s a brief overview of their role:

  • Coordinate a gift for the small group leader from the group in December for Christmas and again in May at the end of the school year.

  • Organize celebrations or well-wishes for life events of small group leaders (e.g., wedding gifts, moving gifts, etc.).

  • Some groups may choose to plan a Christmas party for students and/or parents. Check with your group to see what they’d like to do. You can ask another parent to help coordinate this or do it yourself.

  • Encourage parent involvement in KLIFE Gala and fundraising events. Make sure parents in your group know they are invited to participate, even if you can't attend.

  • Be friendly and welcoming to new parents in the small group.

These are just some of the tasks our Parent Liaisons take on. We believe this is a great opportunity to get involved in our ministry and build community.

Please use the link below to sign up via Google Form! Thank you for all you do, and we’re excited for the new semester!
